Hanzo Trading (HT) only provides procurement services; it is not the owner, seller, custodian, insurer or carrier of the products and services described, shown or displayed on this site. Each supplier, distributor, seller or service provider is directly responsible for the transaction they promote or offer on their own page or site. HT will detail, in each service order, the scope and extent of its services, acting as an advisor, consultant and facilitator of the process, whose objective is to support, provide technical assistance and guide the customer through the procedures required to acquire and/or receive the product or service of interest. In the case of artefacts, equipment and materials referred to in the applicable law, which must be acquired, transported, exported and imported with the permission, approval or consent of the Ministry of National Defence, the procedure will only be initiated, continued and concluded if the extraordinary acquisition and import permits issued by the DCAM are in force. The Vault, which is made available to interested parties, will be accessible with an access code, which will be provided once the respective application has been duly completed and submitted. Said code, application, or procedure initiated in accordance with it, are not transferable, nor should they be transferred, and any procedure or process will be cancelled if this condition is not respected.
